What You Could Win: A single grand prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) will be awarded a single Jetson ONE vehicle manufactured by Jetson srl (including shipping expenses for the vehicle) and training on use of the vehicle (to include travel) at Jetson’s USA training location in California (the “Grand Prize”). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $168,000 ($148k for the aerial vehicle, $10k for shipping, and $10k for training and travel to and from San Luis Obispo, California).

How to Enter: Beginning at 9:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on January 6th, until 4pm PT on February 5, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”), you may enter The Lotlinx Jetson Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) by completing a product demonstration at the Lotlinx Booth. Demos that are pre-scheduled before 12:00am on February 4, 2026 will get two (2) entries into the Sweepstakes. You can also enter the Sweepstakes by mailing a 3×5 card with your name, address, phone number and other contact information to:

To receive two (2) entries via the mail-in method, entrants must hand-print the words “DOUBLE ENTRY” on the 3×5 card. Any mailed entries must be postmarked by the end of the Sweepstakes Period and received by 4pm PT on February 5, 2026 to be eligible for the drawing. Incorrect or incomplete entries are void. Any attempted entries made outside of the Sweepstakes Period are void and will not be counted as an entry.

Entry Limits: Limit one (1) entry submission per person for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the method of entry. While a single submission may result in two (2) entries (as described in Section 3), any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the permitted number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods (including, but not limited to, submitting multiple mail-in cards or completing multiple demos) will void all of that entrant’s entries and that entrant will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes.

When and How the Grand Prize Winner is Picked: The Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random blind drawing at 4:05 pm PT on February 5, 2026 at the NADA Show in Las Vegas. The Grand Prize Winner will be drawn from among all eligible entries received. Lotlinx will attempt to reach the Grand Prize Winner through the contact information submitted with that person’s entry. The Grand Prize Winner must respond to Lotlinx before noon PT on February 13, 2026 or a substitute Grand Prize Winner will be drawn from the pool of remaining entries.

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received and the number of valid entries per person.

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia only, who are at least 21 years old as of the date of entry, and who are auto dealership owners, principals, directors, managers, and others employed by an auto dealership. Employees of Lotlinx and its affiliates and subsidiaries, and their immediate family members, and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Sweepstakes is void in all other geographic regions and is void for any entrants or attempted entrants who are not eligible to participate in accordance with these rules.

General Prize Conditions: The Grand Prize Winner must agree to, sign, and perform all of the obligations required of the Jetson Purchase and Operating Agreement that will be provided to the Grand Prize Winner upon selection/drawing as the Sweepstakes winner, including any training required by Jetson. The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for completing those training requirements and in-person training in San Luis Obispo, California. The Grand Prize Winner is also responsible for all costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the Grand Prize (other than training and the cost of travel associated with that training) and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to tax laws, related to acceptance and use of the Grand Prize. Lotlinx will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner for the ARV of the Grand Prize. In compliance with applicable federal tax laws, the Grand Prize Winner agrees to sign and return an IRS W-9 Form when necessary, under applicable law and, where allowable, a publicity release provided by Lotlinx. Some of these documents will require the Grand Prize Winner to furnish his/her Social Security Number for the sole purpose of tax reporting, as required by law. Noncompliance with any of these requirements will result in disqualification and forfeit of the Grand Prize won and an alternate prize winner will be selected from the remaining pool of entries. The Winner must comply with all FAA regulations and local laws regarding the operation of ultralight aircraft. Co-Sponsors make no representation that the Winner will be legally permitted to operate the vehicle in their specific home jurisdiction.

Alternative Grand Prize: The Grand Prize Winner may choose to decline the Grand Prize by informing the Co-Sponsors in writing promptly after being selected. In the event the Grand Prize is declined, Lotlinx will, in lieu of awarding the Grand Prize, make a charitable contribution in the amount of $40,000 to a 501(c)(3) organization and $10,000 in a cash prize distributed directly to the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner may suggest a preferred charity, but Lotlinx retains final approval. Upon the making of such donation and cash prize, no further obligation (financial or otherwise) shall be owed to the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner is strongly advised to consult a tax professional regarding any tax issues or liability that may result from accepting or rejecting the Grand Prize.

Release: Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Sweepstakes or acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes your grant of permission to the Co-Sponsors to use your name, dealership name, prize won, hometown, likeness, audio/video recording, photographs, and statements for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity (including online posting) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission, to the extent legally allowable under applicable law including NRS 597.770, et seq.

Disputes/Governing Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these rules, or the rights and obligations of any entrant or the Co-Sponsors in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions which would cause the application or the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Nevada. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. You agree to service of process by mail or other method acceptable under the laws of the State of Nevada. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES. YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY’S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, IDENTIFIABLE PERSONS, OR THIRD-PARTY PARTICIPANTS, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.

No Liability of Co-Sponsors: YOU AGREE THAT CO-SPONSORS (LOTLINX AND JETSON), THEIR PARENTS, AFFILIATES, AND OFFICERS SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM THE USE, MISUSE, OPERATION OF THE GRAND PRIZE VEHICLE, OR TRAINING OF THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER ON THE OPERATION OF THE GRAND PRIZE VEHICLE. THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT OPERATING AN ULTRALIGHT AIRCRAFT INVOLVES INHERENT RISKS OF SERIOUS BODILY INJURY OR DEATH. CO-SPONSORS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TRAVEL DELAYS, CANCELLATIONS, OR INABILITY OF THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER TO OBTAIN NECESSARY TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION.

Prizes are Awarded “AS IS”: The Grand Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by the Co-Sponsors. You acknowledge that the Co-Sponsors and all other businesses affiliated with this Sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of the Grand Prize being offered.

Cancellation, Modification, and Force Majeure: The Co-Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should any virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Co-Sponsors’ control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. Furthermore, Co-Sponsors shall not be responsible or liable for any failure to award the Grand Prize or any part thereof due to any event beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Acts of God, natural disasters, or public health emergencies;
The cancellation or postponement of the NADA 2026 Show;
Production delays, supply chain disruptions, or unavailability of the Grand Prize or a suitable Jetson ONE vehicle replacement;
Changes in Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations or other local, state, or federal laws that render the delivery or operation of the prize illegal or impracticable;
Acts of war, terrorism, or civil unrest.

In the event of such disruption, Co-Sponsors reserve the right, but not the obligation, to award a prize of equal or greater value (such as a cash equivalent of the ARV) or to select a winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.
