NADA 2024 Show Recap

The NADA Show has officially wrapped, but the year is still heating up! With over 23,000 automotive professionals in attendance, this year’s NADA was filled with game-changing technology, revenue-generating best practices, and trailblazing partnerships. Check out everything that went down during the event:

Industry Trends: Cutting-edge technology

This year’s event theme “Driving the Future” could not be more representative of the technology and advancements exhibited on the Expo floor.

The Lotlinx team unveiled two new product enhancements to help dealers mitigate inventory risk: the Lotlinx Sentinel VIN Management Platform and the proprietary Lexaca chatbot.

Lotlinx Sentinel

Sentinel is a highly evolved vehicle risk mitigation platform that protects dealers by forecasting risks and implementing targeted corrective actions at the VIN level. It uses the most advanced machine learning (ML), artificial intelligence (AI), and data mining technologies to monitor a massive proprietary data set of real-time market factors that drive VIN outcomes, ultimately improving dealer performance and profits.

Lexaca

Lexaca is a new AI-assisted chatbot featuring the industry’s largest dealer inventory dataset. It offers comprehensive, market, and competitive data for every vehicle on a dealer’s lot, enabling dealerships to easily inform strategy and decision making for each VIN or vehicle segment (ex: condition, body style, model).

The Lexaca chatbot can answer questions about a dealer’s inventory down to the VIN level to help them make strategic decisions and seize new opportunities.

Learn from Legends: Live speaking sessions

In addition to product launches and the always-jam-packed NADA educational sessions and keynote speakers, exhibitors got in on the fun with live sessions of their own. At the Lotlinx booth stage, speaking highlights included:

Driving winning outcomes with Mark Gallagher

Formula One executive and data-driven business expert Mark Gallagher came all the way from the UK to share insights into how F1 teams use data, AI, and machine learning to drive winning outcomes, accelerate operations, and, most importantly, protect their drivers. Gallagher’s session captivated the crowd and imparted the importance of constant technological evolution on dealer attendees.

All fun and games

To combat the influx of information happening at the event, NADA attendees were also able to find ways to have a little fun.

The show kicked off with a mind-blowing night under the brand new Las Vegas Sphere. The energy was sustained all weekend with classic Vegas magic: concerts and live performances, 5-star dinners and client entertainment, and late nights and early mornings!

But, the fun didn’t just happen after hours. NADA Show exhibitors stepped up their expo-hall offerings with happy hours, racing games, live product demonstrations, high-value giveaways, and so! much! swag! Dealers and guests flocked to the Lotlinx booth to try and make it on the Scalextric mini racing leaderboard.

See you next year!

After a weekend of working hard and playing hard, we can’t wait to do it all again in January 2025 in New Orleans. But for now, we’re excited to get back to work on building data-driven, dealer-centric technology and changing the way the industry looks at VIN management.
