Carla Wade is the vice president of customer care at Lotlinx. With more than 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, Wade leads Lotlinx’s sales development representative (SDR) team, which she created to elevate the customer experience. Prior to joining Lotlinx, her career started at Mercedes-Benz USA. After several years of managing teams at the dealership level, she entered the auto software as a service space with automotiveMastermind in 2016 as director of sales development. There, she moved up until becoming senior director of inside sales. Wade has hosted numerous NADA webinars and graced the stage for NAMAD’s NEXTGen during her tenure. She is a member of Chief’s network for women executive leaders, and has received honors including the 2022 Women in Retail Award and 2022 Women in Remarketing Award.
